We will be celebrating Superhero Day on April 27th by having a coloring contest! You will be able to pick up coloring sheets beginning April 3rd and have them returned to us by April 24th to be judged on April 27th! All coloring sheets will be displayed in the library so please come by and check out all of our local talents!

In honor of this day the Library will be passing out writing prompts for Juvenile and Teens to encourage their young minds to be creative. They may pick those prompts up on Aprils the 10th and turn them in by April 18th to receive a prize. We will display all the writings for everyone to enjoy!

To celebrate National Library Week we will be doing a drawing for a book give away op April 13th. Everyone that comes in and checks out a book during this week will be entered into the drawing. We will be giving away a Child's Book, a Juvenile's Book, a Young Adult Book, and an Adult book.

With the Winter Olympics just completed I thought the kids would have fun playing some games of their own. Come watch your kids do Jack Be Nimble Hurdles, Wee Willie Winkie Town Tour, Humpty Dumpty's Challenge, Jack & Jill Basketball, Ring Around the Posy, and Silly Sally Races! After the races are complete the kids will decorate their own Cookie Olympic medals to wear and eat! We will finish off the night with a fun Monster Tea Party Experiment!
