TuesdaySuperhero Coloring Contest
We will be celebrating Superhero Day on April 27th by having a coloring contest! You will be able to pick up coloring sheets beginning April 3rd and have them returned to us by April 24th to be judged on April 27th! All coloring sheets will be displayed in the library so please come by and check out all of our local talents!

ThursdayTeen Night Out
The Teens will be playing The Amazing Race this month at the library. We are bringing them the Amazing Race just like on TV. We will visit different countries and navigate our way through the obstacles until one team becomes victorious. Please invite your friends to come and help win the race!

It's Easter Party Time!! We will be having an Easter Party at the Library for our children 2nd grade and younger. We will be hiding Easter Eggs in the library for the kids to hunt, so be sure and bring your Easter baskets. We will also have story time and an Easter craft. if you like a cake walk, the your will enjoy the Easter Cookie/Candy walk we have planned for the children. Bring the kids down the lirbary for an evening of fun activities.

This month the ladies will be having Game Night. They will be playing White Elephant Bingo. the ladies will need to bring a White Elephant (odd) gift. Please make sure the gift is in good condition and one that someone would want to receive. We are placing a $10.00 limit on the gift. This could promise to be very interesting and fun!

TuesdayBook Signing with Kathey Nunez Gray
Come by the library and hear from one of Burkburnett's own High School graduates. Kathey Nunez Gray graduated from Burkburnett in 2004 and has made a name for herself as a writer of Young, Adult, Fantasy, Chick Lit, Romance, and even Thriller books. Kathey will be sharing with us how she began writing books and how she went on to publish them. She will also give us a little overview of some of her books that you will be able to purchase and have her sign. Come and gibe Kathey your support and encouragement. This event is for all ages from Young Adult to Adult so come and enjoy the evening with us as we listen to Kathey share her stories!

TuesdayChinese New Year!
The tweens will be celebrating the Chinese New Year by making dragon bracelets and paper fortune cookies thy can distribute to family and friends. They will also get to enjoy some real ones as they participate in Pong Hau K'i tournament. This is a Chinese game that they kids will learn to play and then compete in to be the champion! Of course, they winner will receive a prize!
